This Privacy Policy applies to the Rapidpath Technologies Inc. (“Rapidpath”) services on which it is placed including but not limited to rapidpath.io (the “Service”) and details information we collect, use and disclose about our users, including you. We collect and use your information internally and may disclose your information to third parties, outside of Rapidpath, in certain situations described in the Privacy Policy.

1.    Information we Collect



We collect the following personal information about our users:


  • when you register an account, your first and last name and email address;
  • payment information associated with your account, such as credit card number, name and address;
  • we associate your account with your activities on the Service, such as what you click and where you navigate;
  • customer data provided by you when using the Service;
  • unique identifiers that identify you over time and across different websites including your IP address, iOS Advertiser ID and other unique device identifiers;
  • if you sign up for an email list, your first and last name and email address; and
  • if you contact us for support, to participate in surveys, or voluntarily post in our blogs, any personal information you choose to provide about yourself.

  • metrics and other types of statistical data, which could be derived from use of the Service, for example how and when you interact with the Service, session length and number of times you accessed the Service;
  • diagnostic information concerning the Service, for example, logs, error reports and events and the type, number, date and page relating to this information; and
  • information concerning how you access the Service, for example, computer operating system, web browser and type of mobile device.

2.    How we Use Your Information


We collect and use your personal and anonymous information for internal purposes, such as providing the Service to you, to understand your needs and the needs of our clients and to provide you with better service and information, particularly:

  • for payment processing and fraud prevention purposes in connection with a purchase you made on the Service.

Cloudflare, through it's DNS, web hosting & networking services;

Open DNS, through it's DNS & networking services; and

Duda (formerly DudaMobile), for it's web design & content management services;

Hover, through it's domain registrar & DNS services;

Intercom, through it's live chat & automation services;

Webflow, through it's cms & design services;

Elfsight, through it's hosted form services;

Hubspot, through it's CRM services;

Helpcrunch, through it's chat assistant and CRM services;

Hotjar, through it's analytics services;

Zapier, through it's platform integration and automation services;

Mailchimp, though it's email marketing services;

Drip, through it's email marketing automation services;

Big Commerce; through it's ecommerce platform services;

Zendesk, through it's CRM and support ticket management services

Dashthis, through it's online dashboard service



The Privacy Policy only applies to information that Rapidpath collects, uses and discloses and does not apply to the collection, use and disclosure of information by third parties through third party services, which may be broader than set forth in this Privacy Policy. Third party services may be embedded into the Service, such as through an API or SDK, or may take the form of tracking technologies, web beacons and clear gifs. We strongly recommend that you read each third party privacy policy carefully before using the Service. 4.    Web Beacons and Cookies


The Service uses tracking technologies, such as cookies, web beacons and clear gifs, to collect information about you, for example, demographics, location and device information. Based on this information, RapidPath and third parties may be able to resolve your identity across multiple devices, for example, matching your IP address across multiple devices, in order to target you based on your online behavior. This information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the applicable third party privacy policy. Certain Service features may rely on tracking technologies and by declining to accept cookies or by disabling JavaScript you may not have access to these features.


5.    Children


The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who you believe provided Rapidpath with personal information without your consent, please contact support@rapidpath.io.


6.    Obtaining or Changing Collected Information


You may contact Rapidpath to obtain a copy of any personal information we have collected about you, the production of which may be subject to a fee as permitted by applicable law. In addition, you may contact Rapidpath to correct or delete such information, except to the extent that retention is necessary for our legitimate business purposes, required by applicable law, in the control of a third party or where correction or deletion is not technically feasible. 7.    Information Storage and Retention


While Rapidpath is a Canadian company, the data you provide through the Service is stored and processed by third parties in countries around the world. You authorize Rapidpath and third parties acting on Rapidpath’s behalf to use and process your data in any country of their choosing, which may cause your data, including personal and anonymous information, to be subject to privacy protections and legal rights that may not be equivalent to those in your country.  


Your personal information is retained until you request its deletion as set forth above or until Rapidpath no longer requires such information for the purpose for which it was collected.  


8.    Change of Ownership or Business Transition


In the event of, or in preparation for, a change of ownership or control of Rapidpath or a business transition such as the sale of some or all Rapidpath assets, we may disclose your personal and anonymous information to third parties who will have the right to continue to collect and use such information in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy.


9.    Security


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  


10.   Email Preferences


We communicate with our users primarily by email. If you would like to change the email preferences we associate with you (for example, unsubscribing from receiving certain types of email) you may do so by clicking a link within emails that we send to you or, if no link is available, by replying with “unsubscribe” in the email title or body.


11.    Updates


Rapidpath reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Privacy Policy at any time (“Updates”) and shall make Updates available at rapidpath.io. You are deemed to accept any Update by continuing to use the Service. Unless Rapidpath states otherwise, Updates are automatically effective 30 days after posting on rapidpath.io.
